Mail and package pickup for Keuka College is located in the Campus Store, in Keuka Commons. Pickup is available Monday–Friday (excluding College holidays and closures):
Summer Hours (July 1 – Aug. 21): 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Academic Year Hours: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Reduced hours may be in effect during College breaks and other designated periods; any temporary schedule changes will be posted in advance.
Students who have mail will receive an emailed notification, including a photo of the parcel. The notice will be sent daily until the item is picked up. All packages must be picked up within seven days of arrival. A valid photo ID is required to claim any packages (College ID, driver's license, or passport).

Your full name as it is registered with the College must be on the envelope or package. Mail addressed to a nickname, a first name only, or parents' names will be refused as undeliverable. All packages must be picked up from the Campus Store within one week of arrival, or they will be returned to sender. Please contact the Campus Store to discuss any extenuating circumstances.
To pick up a package: Check in with the cashier at the Campus Store register, and they'll assist you with your mail or package. A valid photo ID is required.
Perishable packages not picked up within 24 hours of delivery may be refused and/or discarded. The Campus Store is not responsible for refrigerated or perishable items.
The Campus Store does not accept alcohol, as the delivery requires a signature.
Packages from Amazon, USPS, UPS, and FedEx will be accepted, as well as any USPS personal mail. The Campus Store does not accept business mail for students such as credit card statements, car registrations, invoices, or EZ Pass statements, as the College is a business address.
The Campus Store does not accept mail that is permanently or temporarily forwarded from another address, as this is not a residential address.
We do not accept packages for outside vendors or individuals.
If you wish to receive business mail, you will need to open a PO Box at the local post office, located behind Keuka Commons on Assembly Avenue. You can do this in person or online.
The Campus Store is not liable for any damaged, leaking, or late-arriving packages.

Departmental mail is available for pickup directly from the Campus Store. Mail is typically available for pickup on weekdays after 10:30 a.m.; availability may vary based on USPS delivery schedules.

Outgoing mail: Outgoing mail and packages should be clearly labeled with the appropriate departmental account number and brought to the Campus Store for processing.
